Step 2: Pull paper backing from decal & transfer tape carefully & slowly at a sharp angle. Step ok hi 3: Evenly apply decal to surface and rub over to assure adhesion. Step 4: Remove transfer tape slowly and carefully away from decal & surface at a sharp angle.**
